Tripped Out Electrical was engaged for the new industrial facility in Bundamba on a design and construct contract.
The 10,244sqm warehouse features a 600sqm office space, a 9,100sqm concrete hardstand.
This is one of Australia’s first five-star Green Star – Design & As Built Certified industrial building under the Green Building Council Australia’s (GBCA) new rating guidelines v1.3.
